Deposits

A 50 non-refundable deposit will be required when booking an appointment. The deposit will go towards the service and secure the appointment as well. Failure to send a deposit will result in your appointment not being booked.

Deposits are nonrefundable. If you cancel your appointment, you will have to send another deposit to re-book.

Late Arrivals

There is a 15-minute grace period for all services and appointments. After the 15-minute grace period, your appointment is at risk of cancellation and/or a late fee of $15 will be applied.

Cancellations

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

No Call No Shows

100% of the service will be charged.

Failure to provide proper notice will result in the inability to book future appointments
